What we collect

• Your email address and password, used to sign you in.
• Your profile: username, display name, bio, and any images or clips you upload.
• The lists, tracks, tags, and notes you post.
• Basic activity such as view counts on public lists.
• Purchase records: what you bought and when. Card details never touch our servers.

Why we use it

To run your account, show your lists to the people you share them with, unlock what you have paid for, keep the place free of abuse, and fix problems when things break. We do not sell your data and we do not run ad tracking.

What is public

Your username, display name, bio, badges, public lists, and notes are visible to anyone, including search engines. Your email address and private lists are not.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run the site: our hosting and database provider, and our payment processor for purchases and donations. Music search queries are sent to public catalogue services to return results. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies and storage

We store a sign-in session in your browser so you stay logged in, and a small marker so a list view is only counted once per visit. No advertising cookies.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep your data while your account exists. You can edit or delete your lists at any time, and delete your whole account from settings — that removes your profile, lists, uploads, and notes. Some payment records are kept where we are legally required to.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. Contact us and we will help.

Children

sickplaylists is not for anyone under 13. If we learn an account belongs to a child under 13, we remove it.

Changes

If this policy changes in a meaningful way we will make it visible on the site. Using sickplaylists after that means you accept the update. See also our terms of service.
